I am passionate about somatic writing, which to me means writing from an open body and with a silent mind. Since 2021, I have created various formats that I am happy to offer again upon request. Below is an overview.

Yin Yoga & Writing Morning Practice

“We all have at least one book hiding in the body.” —John Lee

This Yoga & Writing Morning Practice invites you to uncover the text that resides in your body and to find your unique voice through regular practice. The class is open to all levels of yoga. You're welcome, whether you're in the process of writing a book or you want to journal in a shared space.

These classes aim to open the body and reach hidden areas to release contractions in order to lay open what wants to be expressed. Yin Yoga is a powerful tool for this, as it untightens our fascias, which store emotions in fascinating ways. Once released, our body enters a state of deep relaxation and calmness. This helps us experience a still mind and find greater clarity and authentic expression.

After a 30-minute yin yoga practice, we write together. You are invited to bring your current project or to explore freely what wants to come through this day.

Depending on the group's composition, these classes are held in English, German, or both. We meet on Zoom.
